Offered to senior students of Hands of Light School, giving skills to teach beginners in Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Continuing development programmes are offered to those who successfully complete this course.

Awareness Presentations and Demonstrations

We visit organisations with a slideshow of our trips to China and show this with a discussion about the differences in culture, food and attitude to health, then give a demonstration or taster workshop in tai chi or qi gong. Primary schools in particular find that our presentations fit well with their curriculum. Children who are learning about China benefit from discussions about our experiences. We then teach a simple form of qi gong suitable for their ages, which they find great fun.

Offered to schools, colleges, charities and clubs. Presenting the Chinese culture of health and well-being through travel, Tai Chi and Qi Gong.
